Derbi/ grand prix done.

Naz brought the racer back from Seattle, and we finished up a few preparations just in time for "The One" show. The show was awesome! So many amazing custom bikes, and we got free beer for entering a bike. They gave us our own section for the mopeds, and we brought out some really nice builds to put on display. To be honest, I am not sure half of the people there new what they were looking at.

I didnt get a chance to ride it before the show, but I did take it out front and do some passes for the crowd, there are some videos but for now I just have this little fuzzy one of me doing a small wheelie. My hands and knees were trembling from the insanely fast acceleration of this bike!

Derbi Grand Prix is almost done!

Here are some pics of the bike almost done! Radiator is mounted, bike is running. A few things to finish are foot pegs and frame sliders. The plan is to display the bike this weekend at "The One" motorcycle show. Info can be found here http://theonemotorcycleshow.com/ this year the focus is on custom built small displacement bikes. Our Local moped crew has been invited to bring some bikes out, it should be a good time.

Naz took it for a test spin... He used the word terrifying. I like the idea of terrifying a few people.
